Can operator take your minerals out the original P-12 list filed for permit to drill for unit before Division orders issued

and therefore cut you out ?

P-12s are amended when necessary just as unit plats/acreage are, adubu.  Maybe you should give some background so you can get answers that are in context to the situation.
jffree1---a friend told me he had about 20 acres minerals in a unit and he got cross with operator,  so operator cut him out of final plat filed with county for record before division orders issued. He was on perimeter of plat so made it easy to eliminate. Unfortunately  the well was marginal so decreases chance of someone else leasing his minerals.
