Our section is 22 - 16N  -  14W.  I can not believe how many times I have written incorrectly.  I need to review everything before I file it in the future. 

 

Morgan - Thanks for the update on our well.  Did CHK say that it will start producing soon?  Our property is on the East side of Colt Tr.  We do not live down there anymore.

Are you the Martha related to Brother Leech? If so then you haven't seen me since I was a little girl and my grandparents (Frank and Elsie Risor) were still alive almost 30 years ago.  Anyway, I have spoken to CHK at least every other week since March. Our well has been completing for some time now and they are not sure when it will be offically completed. If and when I am able to find out more information I will let you know.

No, actually I am the nephew of Dorothy and Danny who live next to Brother Leech.  We contacted CHK and they said they sold the first amount of gas yesterday and we should see royalty checks in 120 days.

It has been 3 months now since the last post.  We are in this section ( 21 16N 14W ) also.  Has anyone received anything yet?  I spoke with Chesapeake and was told the papers had been sent to Petrohawk for verification.  Two weeks later, I spoke with Petrohawk and was told the papers had been verified and sent back to Chesapeake.  Three weeks later I spoke to Chesapeake again and was told the DO should be out in about a week.  It is now three weeks later and I still haven't heard anything.  Am I alone?

Shanon when did they complete the well? We have a well completed with Chesapeake in Desoto Parish (completed mid March) and still no DO

The well was completed in early January 2011, the 8th, I think!
