I was told recently that T8-Rll-Sect.4 has a fault line running thru it and there would not be any leasing done in that section.  Is there any truth to this?

I don't see a fault in your section.  If there is indeed no leasing activity in your immediate area I would think that the reason lies with being located on the far fringe of the HA/BO Play as currently defined as opposed to any concern for faulting.
LNM, there definitely could be a fault in your section but only active operators in the area (ie EnCana, Shell, etc) would have sufficient information to confirm such a feature.  There were good wells drilled nearby in Sections 6 & 10 so other factors may be contributing to the lack of leasing activity in your section.
