Any idea what the target formation is?

tony, Anadarko has formed Haynesville units.  In the particular fields the depth definition for the Haynesville is 1910' of stratigraphic interval.  Best I can tell that includes some portion of the L CV, the Bossier and the Haynesville.  It does not include the Smackover.  The target interval will not become clear until we see where APC lands a lateral.

Has anyone executed any mineral leases recently with Tacoma or anyone else in T19N, R15W?

Looked at one by Strata Acquisitions yesterday.  Tacoma is only one of three land companies taking leases for Anadarko in your area of the prospect.  The all offer the same terms.

What section?

Section 17 - 19N - 16W

Hello,

I  own 40ac.in S18 T19N-R15W in Caddo Parish and have a request for a Lease from Tacoma Energy 10 Nov.2011.

The lease was for "OMG" for 3years primary For $300.00/ac.

Bill c.

Bill, what was the royalty offered?

The proposed royalty has been pushed to$400.00 Ac. and 22.5%. on 11-28-2011

It is interesting that Tacoma Energy has raised its royalty offer from 20% to 22.5% in a matter of two weeks.  And that they haven't filed any leases that they may have taken with the Caddo Clerk of Court.  I'll continue to check periodically.  Thanks for passing along the information, Bill.

They were buying leases in Rapides in the Masters Creek Field but pulled out in June or July. I think that they were possibly working  for Anadarko.

Thanks, TD,P.  That would be about the time they showed up in N. Caddo Parish.  It would be of interest to know what company they are leasing for in N. Caddo presently.
