If one tract of land has a well but the other tract on same lease does not have well, does the 2 year extension get paid?

Permalink Reply by robert minton on December 10, 2011 at 15:41 "Leased premises" consists of both tracts. The well on one of the tracts in the lease, and keeps the lease alive. No need for lessee to pay for extension-lease has been extended by well on the other tract. 7, 8,or 9 tracts in a lease constitutes leased premises, just as many apples constitute a bushel.
