MINERAL OWNERS IN DIVISION ORDER.

IN THE DIVISION ORDERS I HAVE SIGNED,IN ARKANSAS, THERE HAS NOT BEEN A LIST OF MINERAL OWNERS WITHIN THE SECTION. IS CHESAPEAKE PULLING ONE OVER ON US OR IS IT NOT USUAL AND CUSTOMARY NOT TO LIST THE OWNERS WITHIN THE SECTION..... IF NOT HOW DOES ONE FIND THIS INFORMATION. THANK YOU. JWP

They are not required to list all the mineral owners on your division order. Many companies prefer not too due to privacy concerns.
