Is Waxman going to be Natural Gas friendly?

I don't know much about the Congressman from California. Any info?

I thought the EPA ruled that fracturing fluids were safe to groundwater and that post fracture fluid recovery was adequate. Is this not the case?

KB, Do you think the Congress will try to change the definition of fracturing fluid to hazardous from dangerous in order to have it hauled off and treated? Cost increase?
