Does anyone know if the 24" pipeline that was heading from Shelby Co. towards Jasper that was a few miles west of HWY 96 ever went to construction?  It was staked all the way through San Augustine Co. I know back in Jan. or so.  I was told it was going to construction by around June but haven't heard if it ever did?  Heard it might have moved towards Chireno too?  Maybe it got cancelled or delayed?

Thanks for any info!

ROW leased.....scuttlebutt is, will be going in around March.

Anyone heard if this is still going to construction or not?

The latest from my bosses in Longview Enbridge office is that it has been put on hold. No word yet as to when and if it is going to be laid.

Thanks Jimmy, I do believe they have all or most of the ROW aquired if leased or condemned.  Seems like that would be a pretty big chuck of the project paid for to then just cancel.  Guess it comes down to how long before the ROW agreements expire if no pipe is laid or how long they can keep people condemned and not lay pipe?  Keep us updated if you hear anything if you can.  Thanks again!
