Panola County -

We are being encouraged to sign a Production Sharing Agreement by Anadarko that will effect our minerals in Panola County in order to drill a Horizontal Haynseville Shale Well (these minerals have been HBP since the 40's with a 1/8 royalty and we do not want to reduce our revenue in a future well by increasing in unit size).  Does anyone have any information, suggestions or history regarding these instruments?

C-- I would if all possible add one clause to agreement that is if any of you acres are in the unit then all you 126 acres must be in the expanded unit so they just don't cut you up and leave you other acres out for ever and ever. They need the PSA to make long H/S laterals of 4-7,000 feet or more.

Krkyoldhag--- did you try to renegotiate anything with them on your PSA?

would mean more fracture points, which translates t o  enhanced production volume.

would rather have horizontal cv well. appears to be liquids (ngls) in cv. RRC of texas takes ;position that pooling clause of most leases ;permit formation of large units, if perm itted by rules of RRC. Consent not generaLLY required. However, if you have an older leaSE, you may be in the driver's seat aFTER all.
