Who are you talking to when you call. When we were trying to get major info on 3 wells in Shelby    I called all their numbers.   Lewis in Division Orders is pretty much the guy. Then I reached Rodney Black, XTOs inhouse landman. I even contacted the operator. They all routed me back to Lewis.   Try 817 870 2800   Analist ID # 81115   And try 866 886 2613  We had to really push the issue with XTO to get information in order to try and clear title , which they quit midway, and we have found the info ourselves. And we are now Proving Heirship.  No one gets in a hurry. Andwe are trying to get royalties back to 2007.  We are involved with different wells. But it seems to all work the same.  Keep on calling and asking questions. Lewis and Mr. Black did take the time to talk to us.

Supposedly a check will be cut August 25th. XTO's Division Orders group does not know if the check or Division orders will be received first. The property has both the Bulls and Cardinal wells on it so guess I am not sure which one is being paid on August 25th. Anyone have any idea what kind of interest rate to expect for a 16 month delay in payments?
