Yea 220 acres and it has to be right by my best all time deer stand...

You didn't have a Deer Stand clause in your lease?  Maybe the royalties will be sufficient to replace it!  LOL!

Any word on the Johnson well or if SWN still have plans to drill an alternative well? I was told SWN was going to drill another well on the Johnson pad has anyone heard anything?

SWN needs to cover more ground and explore more rock.  These new permits are for "step-out" locations which will help define the area of high formation pressure.  They are also unit wells so they will hold in force all the leases pooled in the unit.  Even though most of the SWN leases have primary terms of 4 years with 4 year extensions it is good business to HBP as many acres as possible before the primary term expires.  The permitted laterals may be short but a completed and producing well HBPs the entire 1280 acre unit none the less.

I was told there are plans in the works on running a pipeline to the pad. I do not think they would waste the money doing that if there were not plans on somthing. Also was told wire line lost tools in hole while cutting window in casing so well could be kicked off horizonal. Then pulled off pad with tools still in hole.( This is all here say) When i get home from Pennsylvania gonna do better research on whats going on. Just herd another location is being build on Cherry Ridge Rd. For the rig on Dean well to go to when finished there.

where at on cherry ridge road?

I was told Approx. 1 mile on the right. If you come in from Hwy 15

OFT

Do you know if SWN is building a pad or frac pond off of Cherry ridge rd??

They are laying a pipeline. Down close to the Albritton place. Pipeline going to Dean location. Is what i was told.

Does anyone know where the gas is going and are there any H2S problems?

JG TOG once posted saying the gas is flowing down the new pipeline to the old plant in Dubach, La. I dont know but I would guess there is H2S present though?

Not really a BD rumor, but SWN stock is up 9% since 02/25/2013. It went up 3% today alone.
