Permalink Reply by Max on March 1, 2013 at 4:01 I haven't heard of any $500 leases, but have heard reports of $250-$300/3 year with 2 year ext. @ $100-$200, with .22% royalties offered for larger tracks. There wasn't much talk about new finds, only exploration around existing field fringes.
