I didn't realize I was "singling" them out. And my point was just as I put it. Nothing more or less. Are you trying to put some kind of twist on it?

If you don't understand then I can't help you....lol.

I really don't understand and am not trying to put a twist on anything. You give a link to a law firm but then give reference to Will Drill and TMR. I do know that some on GHS recommend this law firm. I for one would not base my  choice of a law firm by recommendation from a web site. These folks may be the best out there but still  the lessors need to do their best D/D to find the firm that is best  suited for their particular needs. It just seems that you are singling out Will Drill and TMR as clients of this law firm for some reason? What are you trying to say here Gatrpaw?

Judy, representing both sides is against the rules of professional conduct and is grounds for disciplinary action. Including disbarrment.

See rule 1.7 et. seq.

In any case there is no shortage of competent oil and gas attorneys in north Louisiana.

Let's talk about the field order referenced in the SUBJECT and start a new thread...maybe in the main area of the site in which to discuss the relative merits of any given oil and gas attorney or to raise and argue for and against various conspiracy theories...it's getting tiring here.

Judy, I didn't stop others from posting under my reply. I don't have that ability cause I am not any sort of moderator on GHS. Some may think that I can do that but I can't. I do know Keith and a bunch of the original shalers, which some have been kicked off and some have been kicked off many times. I have my own thoughts on censorship and am more liberal in what folks can say but that is not my call.

It only let's you reply so many layers from the original comment...no one is purposely restricting anyone...ours built into the site to keep it from getting too cluttered. We could use some moderators to keep people on topic, though.

The new permit for the Plum Creek 13 well is now available at SONRIS. The surface location is the same as the one for the expired permit, but under "Remarks" it says: "Operator plans to drill a straight hole, log well, then drill a horizontal well if shown to be productive." It's not completely clear to me whether the horizontal well would be in the same or a different hole.
