Good catch, Chester.  Dan A. Hughes back for another bite at the Brown Dense apple.  Their previous was PLUM CREEK #1 in S7-22N-5E P&A'ed back in January.  The #2 is permitted to a much shallower depth, 7500 as opposed to the #1's 11095'.  The well is permitted as a vertical and has a surface location that would appear to indicate no plans to amend to a horizontal completion.  The lower cost of drilling and completing a vertical well may be one of the keys to BD economics.

It's actually permitted only a few hundred feet shallower. From memory the #1 was to 7600 with a lateral leg that gave the bore a length of 11095. They would have been well below the lower smackover at the #1 location.

SONRIS Lite report of 11/13/13 for this Plum Creek 2 well:

11/7/13, SET 9 5/8" CASING AT 2368' WITH 820 SACKS OF CEMENT. 11/8/13, TEST SHAFFER HYDRILL BOP TO 3000 PSI FOR 30 MINUTES. TEST OK. 11/12/13, DRILLING AHEAD AT 5748'.
