The MOGB's digital site is quite antiquated and not very well suited. Unfortunately it can quite often lock up. It can be a booger to negotiate. Quite often it will retain well files from previous files you looked at and present them as if they were the file you just queried.
It is almost impossible for a person to give you much of a tutorial. This site is one of those that you have to kind of ride the bicycle and fall off yourself to learn how to ride down this bumpy road.

Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (GDP) today announced the completion of its CMR 8-5H-1 (100% WI) well in Amite County, Mississippi. The well has achieved a peak 24-hour average production rate to date of 950 barrels of oil equivalent ("BOE") per day, comprised of 900 barrels of oil and 300 Mcf of gas, and has produced an average of approximately 900 BOE per day over six days. The well, which landed in the Company's lower target, has approximately 5,300 feet of lateral and was fracked with 20 stages using composite plugs that were drilled out prior to flow back.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
