Does this mean the field is profitable?  Reason I ask, the Ouachita RR runs into Union Parish down to Lillie, LA.  The track is currently out of service but I am working a rehab budget to restore it to operational level.  Any thoughts, insights, or comments would be appreciated

Tick Creek Field quickly becoming the focus of production drilling for SWN.  Another new unit permit appeared today on the Commissioner's Public Hearing schedule.  That's 5 additional units in the last couple of weeks.  They are all composed of adjoining sections.  This one is L SMK RA SUF covering the S/2 of Section 26 & Section 35 in 22N - 1E and the N/2 of Section 2 in 21N - 1E.  Link to application follows.

in your opinion, approximately when would you expect the commission to schedule the hearing as to the apc request (you've cited above) dated 2/25/14?

The application will be heard in Baton Rouge on 4/8.  The application has already cleared the pre-conference notice period for a local meeting.

Yes, the field order creating the unit would be effective the date of the hearing.
