Here is their operator listing for LA.  26 listed wells, none producing, 1 recent permit in Claiborne Parish.  It's hardly any surprise that they are not interested in the LSBD.  It would be if they were.  Ask them what formation they are interested in.

No contact with Goldston Oil.  What area in Union County?  What is their interest?

In the Three Creeks area.  The landman said he thinks they're interested in a deep formation but wouldn't provide details.

The recently permitted Goldston well in S22-20N-8W of Claiborne Parish is a 5100' try for the Paluxy formation, which is above the Pettit. There was also a recently drilled Pettit well (serial #47170) by Saye Oil Co. in 8-19S-18W of Columbia Co. (McClendon Branch Field), which is just west of the Union Co. line. The rig moved off this location about a week ago, but the results have not been reported.
