We have land on Preston Hayes Rd. A lawyer told one of my siblings today that he could right now, get us 20,000 an acre, 25% royalties. That's a heads up for everyone down there.

We are in section 31, T- 9, R -10 I'll get with my brother for the name and number. I know his lawyer is in Bossier City. He must know something is going on down that way.

All - an XTO Landman left a message for me on Monday while I was at work. We returned the call but he said he just wanted to confim our location - Sec. 30 T9NR9W
(Goat Hill). Sounded fishy afterwards - he already had our location in writing via email...
