Does anyone have any information about the pipeline being surveyed and
negotiated in the Springridge area? We don't want them to take advantage of us like they did our leases!

Are you talking about the 75' wide foot one? I'm familiar with it, it's going to cut a path through the area. I'm going to look at it tomorrow (Monday) I'll have more information then.
Yes, it is a 50 foot right of way with a 25 foot temporary. It is going from east texas to Keithville. It will be 2 - 12 inches lines (1 high pressure and 1 low pressure). It will be used to connect wells to. They have it surveyed now going through Hwy 169 and Adams Road. I imagine they are past the state line road now. Does anyone know what type of compensation they are getting in the Barnett Shale for this type of pipeline or where this information could be found? Thanks for any information on this subject.
hey grandma i have property in cass county where they are also bringing a pipeline across. it may be the same one as yours. a friend of mine recieved $4000.00 per acre for the easement. also he had stipulations about reseeding and grass coverage etc.
Was curious about maybe if there was a good map ive found this one weeks ago cant find anything better it shows the pipeline going threw my front yard?

WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS, BUT NO ONE HAS COME TO US ABOUT LEASING OUR LAND. WE DO HAVE ABOUT 20 ACRES ON PROVIDENCE ROAD
I looked at this pipeline today, it is going through a lot of potential development property. I haven't heard any talk of values yet as landowners are still negotiating but I will keep you posted.
They have the pipeline going through our property right now - just wondering on the strategy for negotiating.
