So basically it gravitates south, Have you heard of any kind of success in the northern portions in or around my area ? In past or recent years ?

There is plenty of old production around there and one never knows when someone shows interest. Through the years, when the price is right and the technology is there, somebody will contact you. It comes and goes. It never pays to solicit interest. All that shows is you are ready to sign for less than if you had waited. As to activity in your specific area, some of the more knowledgeable people on this board can provide details. This is all very early in the game for this venture. It is impossible to say where it will gravitate. The players involved in this have tons of acreage to work with before any one knows for sure.

This is true ! Yep I'm fairly new at this as well, but I must say it's pretty darn exciting " the more I learn and ask the forum the better . Thank you very much for your time and hey lets shale on"!

So here it is March 8, 2015, TS Dudley Land company/Grenadier2 have been successful in aquiring leases buying out Whiting- any new info? Or development visual ?
