This is shown as a non-unitized Cotton Valley test and is not listed as a horizontal, but if not why is the permitted depth 14,000 feet. The Cotton Valley should be no deeper than 10000 feet in this area from what I've seen.

SONRIS Lite reported on 5/11/2015 for the Seward-Gandy:

No condensate was reported, but this may show up on the completion report document when it becomes available on SONRIS. Flowing pressure looks decent and the choke is set pretty tight.
SONRIS posted the state potential report for the Seward-Gandy on 5/15/2015. It shows no oil or condensate and 60 barrels of water per day.
