Anybody heard of LouTex Sovereign

I have been contacted by a land man working for a company named LouTex Sovereign about leasing property in sections 9-19-3 and 10-19-3 in Lincoln parish. Anybody know anything about this company and what their plans may be for this area?

Never heard of them, but on the Secretary of State's website there address is listed as:

5949 SHERRY LANE SUITE 1610

DALLAS, TX 75225

This is the same address as Sovereign Resources LLC.  There website address is http://www.sovres.net/index.html

Thanks MT. From what I can see, they are new company formed at the end of last year. Their plans were to bring 3 rigs into Lincoln parish but who knows with the current gas prices.

they're a co. from n.o. I've heard they had been leasing south of ruston have heard they were paying 400.& up high as 1000.
