Now you are in the right place. You might want to read the other MRD related discussion. Two down from your discussion on the group main page.
Thanks Skip
I asked them about some of the charges through owner relations about a year ago. They would not respond in writing or email, but they 'discussed' this with me on a conference call. Nothing really substantive provided, certainly not sufficient to justify a 300% increase in expenses since they transferred the production from WildHorse Resources. I was not happy with the result. I am expecting a response back in the next week to 10 days to a demand letter generated by my attorney. Hopefully, there will be useful information in that response.
Thank you for the information. Please share what you learn.
Does anyone know if Range Resources will lower some of the charges that MRD deducted from royalty checks? Charles Shelor, did you ever receive a response from Owner Relations?

All the wells are still listed under MRD and the change of operator process takes some time. Hard to say how long as the state has recently added an additional form to that process.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
The attorney is still evaluating the response from MRD. He has received additional information and had a couple of conference calls with them, but has not conveyed any final analysis to me at this time. Perhaps this week.....
Thank you. I appreciate your response. When there is a final analysis, would you please let me know?

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
