What effect will his plan to add 3000 miles of electrical lines, have on the demand for natural gas, if any?

I use to work building metal powerline towers and stringing wire onto them. Most field linemen, those that chase the work all across the country, tend to be heavy drinkers. I imagine that most of them I worked with are all dead and gone. There will be ROW to buy so it will put some landmen back to work. I was contacted back in the summer and offered a ticket on a gig doing highline transmission work. CLECO's Rodemacher power station at Boyce is probably sitting on the shale and it can run on all sorts of stuff including NG and they just spent a billion dollars on a new generating unit that hasn't come on line yet.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
