I guess XTO doesn't plan on paying for the gas they have pulled out of our land ...
So they could pay Blackstone more money...
Gas production in December 2022 for the KEYDETS-A 47 well was 525,035 MCF, which is 10.5% less than the previous value of 586,505 MCF.
Here's the table from the RRC for 2022 gas production for the well. Total for the year was 2,414,480 MCF with a monthly average of 603,620 MCF for the Sep thru Dec period. Now if XTO would only start paying the royalties they owe.
Still haven't seen a check...
So who do you contact when the producer isn't paying you and won't answer any attempts at communicating!?
Has anyone else gotten paid from XTO that's on this lease in the last three or four months?
Have you received a Division Order on the Keydets well or wells in question? I am in pay ONLY on the Keydets DU #H 1
and the Keydeps B 01. I assume I will be paid by XTO at the appropriate time but preceded by Division Orders.on additional Keydets wells. Personally, I have no complaints of XTO whatsoever.

I generally don't either, it just feels like they're dragging their feet to get the payments started on this one. May just be my anticipation to see what October was worth and the plans I have for the funds.
I am in contact with another BSI KEYDETS DU interest owner who inquired about the new KEYDETS-A 47 well and got the following response from XTO earlier this week.
The above-mentioned well has not been updated in our XTO records yet. Please take into account that the work typically takes 6-9 months to be completed. Upon completion, Division Orders are sent in the mail.
I don't know for sure when they start counting months, but if you start counting with last October, the month after the first month of production, we're in the 6th month now.
