PANAMERICAN LEASED IN 2006 FOR 3 YEARS WITH 2 YEAR OPTION , THE 3 YEARS IS UP IN MARCH , NO DRILLING IN SEC 20 T 11 R 15 SOUTH OF STANLEY , HAS ANYONE HEARD WHAT PANAMERICAN IS GOING TO DO WITH OUR LEASE?

I know WHO this is. Dont believe anything he says!! He is under a lease too! Expires in Dec with a 2 yr exlusive option!! Putting in trailer park, laundry, storage and now a store i guess. Straight ahead at Roberts road. Was in the paper not too long ago for doing all this without a permit. Oh and I forgot he signed 2 leases in 05 and one O&G company had to file suit to over take the second. Ask if he had to give the bonus money back? LOL This guy is a real piece of work.

I hope your two year option did not have a dollar amount tied to it. If not, then you are in a position to get what the prevailing lease rate is rather than $100 or $200. Good luck!
YES IT HAD A DOLLAR AMOUNT OF $100 PER AC, BUT IF ANYBODY CAN GET IT stuck to them , I can , but i think im not alone in this boat , some of the small acre owners didnt sighn a lease at all, and the forced pooling went to work , oil companys knew about this in 2000 and tried to lease as much as they could before it got out , they got a lot of us from louisiana to east texas.
I'm in the canoe with you REED! Signed April of 06 for 150. an acre with a 100. renewal for 2 more yrs. Company was Ashlor Inc. I hear they are out of business and probably sold all to Chspke. Kinda sickening. Guess we just have to wait it out. If they can't get around to drilling in our section in time we'll get another chance at it. If they drill I guess that'll put a little salve on the wound. I'd still like to have 25% instead of the 3/16 however.
