What should I ask the President concerning Royalties?

What better way is there to spend our own dollars than to use them here in US to produce US jobs by drilling for and using our own natural resources? Yes we are depleting them but also in the decades that it will take we should have new natural resources to replace them. That is if we are the nation with the sharpest minds as we once were. If not then we need to work on that issue as well.
