I think it would be a good idea to compile a list in a single thread of those groups and individuals that might not be 100% solid.

Please start each post with the name of the entity or individual.

That may be, but it's not listed on LA Secy of State database as having qualified to do business in Louisiana.

Got a phone number in that database? I like to call and talk to folks. I can usually get some information that starts me on a trail to more information. That is how I dug into the Patton energy thing.
naw just address.. but a simple white pages reverse search will probably provide a phone number?

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
