Is Cheasapeake getting away with not paying bonus on signed Leases? If this is true? Is anyone suing them for breach of contract?

I have been on this site reading how Cheasapeake has not paid on so many leases that were signed. La. law says if there is an offer and accepetence then you have a binding contract.
Is anyone suing them or are they getting away with this? If this is true?

I bet they can do just about what ever they want., (just kidding.) There is one group in south west Caddo parish who thought they would sue and get a better bonus than they signed for, well the judge in Many kicked their butt. They have a lawyer, Cody Mayo (or something like that), who has filled their heads full of junk about how he would have the big guys on their knees begging the judge for mercy. Well it didn't happen, but they are still dreaming, they will get them next time.
I guess that is why you can appeal.
