That would be great Teresa. I heard there was a gentleman that has been getting a large group together from our area that meet at Airline Baptist Church. I understand there is another one that meets at the Korean Chruch on Brownlee. Could all of these groups be getting together? I am all for an alliance.
Hi Jim, that is exactly what I have been hoping for - a large group. Have you been going to any of the meetings? I was not aware that this many neighborhoods were trying to unite. Any input you have is appreciated.
Second Lakewood Meeting
July 31, 2008 at 6:30pm – Airline Baptist Church

Don't have the details but wanted to put it here. The last one was 7/17/2008 6:30pm at Airline Baptist. The next one is scheduled for 7/31/2008 at Airline Baptist.
Organized by Lakewood People | Type: Neighborhood, Shale, Meeting

Please send any representatives from your groups that can help coordinate an alliance
For Greenacres Units 1-14 from Tilman to Douglas:
1) go to www.greenacresplace.org.
2) print the "Letter of Intent"
3) complete the form
4) mail it to the address at the bottom of the form

Greenacres Place is maintaining a database. We will put up signs directing people to join with Greenacres Place for an alliance. There is no fee involved.
I am not in that area, does that mean my street doesn't qualify? We are on Northside Drive. I thought they were including all of Green Acres. If not then why?
Hey Old Green Acres we are included. Just follow the above instructions from Teresa to get the form. This is part of the North Bossier Coalition.
Teresa, I have a good friend who lives in a 2-story townhome with an address of Greenacres Place. His house number is in the #300 range. Is this his HOA's website? He's getting older and can't tell me the name of his HOA. I'm in Shreveport and not familiar with the area. Can you help?
Renee,
If he's in the Garden District townhomes off Benton in Greenacres Place, he is in. That entire community has joined the coalition, but they are technically not in the GreenAcres Place subdivision. Please stay tuned to the GreenAcres Place web site for the next few weeks for information on where he needs to to sign the lease--once we're ready to go. Thanks
Gerry, I hope your HOA won't go with anyone other than Chesapeake. Please don't make any "other" plans without getting with me first.

Randy
Gerry - Yes he's in the Garden District. Thanks so much.
Greenacres Units #1 - #14: go to www.greenacresplace.org Print the Letter of Intent and mail it to Greenacres Place Homeowner's Association address on the bottom of the letter. Greenacres is in an alliance with Greenacres Place, Brownlee, Oak Alley and possibly more.

If you have any questions: General meeting for home owners of Greenacres on Tuesday Night, August 12th at 6:00 PM . The meeting will be held at Airline Baptist Church, 4007 Airline Drive.
pink notice left in/at doorstep: "Alliance Landownwer Services, LLC" Mineral owner meeting Thurs, 8/7/08, 6:30 p.m., Bossier High School. Go and listen to their pitch. If they are trying to charge a fee, politely decline and feel good that your neighbors to the north have generously offered to donate their negotiating expertise. All you have to do is send in your Letter of Intent to join the Greenacres Place Mineral Alliance.

Greenacres Place Mineral Alliance has a board in place (including Greenacres representation) who are willing to negotiate a group lease that I promise is as good as any money can buy, for no fee to the landowner. Trust your neighbors. We (neighborhood volunteers) are working diligently to get the word out - join GAP. Strength in numbers. Stick with your neighbors.

go to www.greenacresplace.org Mineral Rights. Haynesville Shale Agreement. Print the letter and mail it to the address at the bottom of the page. No deal is final until the lease is signed.
