Just wondering if Division Orders are public record. If so, are they on Sonris anywhere? Thanks.

No. A division order is just your authorization to the production company that they have the correct acreage and royalty %, in order for them to pay you.

You could have a deed where you acquired 10 acres, more or less. That more or less could be 10.0003 acres or 9.875 acres. There can also be boundary disagreements that are not resolved between parties.

The production company has made a good faith effort at determining what your "interest" is in the unit. They don't want you to later disagree and sue them.
