Operators Scrambling For Southern Haynesville Acreage

It appears that the southern part of the Haynesville Shale play has operators scrambling for a piece of the great southern gas potential in Sabine Parish,La and Sabine Co,Texas. The drilling rigs are moving in a southwestern direction developing this shale from Desota Parish, La. The Barnett Shale play developed in a similiar direction as the Haynesville is being devoloped now.
Can anyone substantiate what the operators mentioned above are truly considering to be of high potential? Or, is this speculative and/or wishful thinking? It appears from other info sources that Sabine and Southern DeSoto Parishes might be too far south, too hot and pressurized to provide good completions (i.e. the trouble with SWEPI's earlier wells in Sabine). Has this been resolved? If so, if someone has knowledge that could be transmitted on a map, encircling such "good spots", then that would be appreciated......too much conflicting information to make heads or tails of it (i.e. earlier blogs stating that operators were moving further north).
Sonris reports that the Nabors-Logan 34 H well has been potentialed, but they do not say what the potential is. This well is in section 034-10N-12W, about 3 miles east of SWEPI's Murray well. We'll just have to wait and hope that Chesapeake tells us something.
chesapeake is made offers of $4500.00 5 miles south of pleasant hill. this past week. pinnacle offered $4500.00 in ebarb last week. keep in mind natural gas is $2.95 per thousand and they are paying this in sabine parish. chesapeake drilled a well just west of the swepi murray well and then drilled another that tells me the results were positive.
It really doesn't say much.
This post is almost 5 month's old but if you look at what's happened recently it is kinda taking shape!! maybe somebody knew something then that we wern't aware of.
