I didn't get a flyer but I would bet they are along the same lines as the group who is holding meetings at the Wayne St. recreation center. They also will negotiate your lease for a price$$$. Be ware of this. In some cases they want a percentatge of your royalties.

I have gotton a letter from them a couple of weeks ago. They do charge a fee.

Do you REALLY want to pay someone to speak for you. Some of these businesses are standing to make 4% of royality on 1000s of individual owned acres. Do the math and decide. Heck, for the half mil some of these will be making you could get an ex'president to speak for ya! Just my opinion.

We received ours today in the Waller neighborhood. Sections 27 & 31 township 16. We are forming a coalition in our neighborhood, but are going to this meeting just for information.
