With gas @ $4.30 mcf, the Pine Island Field area appears to be north of the commercial limits of the Haynesville Shale as far as Caddo Parish is concerned. With the wells costing what they do, the scientific community has a lot of code to crack for that type of well to ever become commercial, even with higher gas price.

The Hall 5 well was spud 3 months before Hall 9. Hall 9 is first well in section but not first well in area. We'll look at a few months production, but if the Hall 9 has similar hyperbolic decline as rest of the Haynesville, how could the well or any one similar ever pay out and why would anyone drill in the area unless they don't have leases to the south. Matador may be willing to drill, but with the acreage they have elsewhere, I can't imagine Goodrich wanting too drill more wells in T 19 at this time.
I bet your husband gets excited about his favorite sports team winning a game. At least your well will generate some money for you.
