what company is leasing in sec 31

we have 115 ac in that sec .
was contacted but rejected there offer
the offer was a joke they want it for 50.00 and 1/8

By the way it is my understanding that either one of the oil companies or a land company has bought the abstract company in Lafayette County

221 caribbean, It doesnt matter who owns the land, If you and other people own the minerals, then you own your part and they own theirs. If its undivided then you still own your part of an undivided interest. You can lease your part at any time and so can they
