leasing prices in Natchitoches Parish

What are the ranges for leases being paid in Natchitoches Parish and by whom? Bottom dollar is $2,000. What is the high amount and those in between? We know EnCana is here, who else and who do we contact?

XTO near Ajax for 13,000 per acre. That was over a month ago.

I think it entirely depends on where you are. At this point, it seems to be only a small portion of the parish. Right now, I think there are only a few sections that there seems to be interest in. Hopefully, that will change!

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
