I would highly recomment Randall Davidson also or The Pesnell Law firm @ 226-5577. I have been a client of both.

Both are also located in downtown Shreveport.

I agree with Checkmateking, Phillip Downer is very good. I went to school with him and graduated with his brother. I also use Mr. James T. Adams, He has been around a long time. Due to an illness in his family, he moved his office to his house on Catain Shreve Dr. , Joe

For what it's worth, I'm with Parker. No dealings with the other guys but Pesnell Law Firm has done right by me. I will continue to offer them my O&G biz.
