It's about time they started to do something. I was starting to get worried. My land is in Sec10 T19N R15W. Most of their units are connected around my area. I believe their are 2 or 3 in the mooringsport area.

Joe, did you receive a unit pre-filing notice? If yes, can you post a listing of the proposed units with the S-T-R? Thanks.

Hey Les B, You can bring it up on Office of Conservation Order No. 122-P-7, Supplemented by the Order No. 122-P. I was having trouble linking them up, Joe.

Joe, now you have confused the heck out of me (which is easily done). The referenced order was for Hosston Units dated 9/13/06 by Samson. I assume you have seen something more recent that triggerred your posting.

Les B, What they have done is ammended these reservoirs-Cotton Valley-Hosston-Smackover,etc. to the Haynesville Zone and made new units out of them even though they were zoned prevoiusly different. I hope that made some sense., Joe

Joe, back to my original question. Did you receive some type of pre-hearing notice? There have been no recent hearings for Matador operated units in the Caddo Pine Island Field?

Hello Mr. Les B, I'm back. Sorry I did not answer that last question. Yes, I did receive a Pre-App. and Pre-hearing notice. I can't remember, did you have any land leased in these areas?

Les B;
A new pre-app. notice was sent two days ago but hasn't shown up on sonris. The notice is for Matador applying for creating nine units for the Hoss. formation. This includes;
Sec 2,3,4,5,9,11,14,15,16 of T19n R 15w. As for as I know, these have never been unified or defined for the Hoss. formation.
The application is also to expand the provisions of other conservation orders which will allow them to combine the Ha, cv, and Smk formations. Same ole stuff that I wouldn't know whether to object to or not.

HP, thanks for the information. That helps clarify these are new Hosston Units rather than new Haynesville Units.
