What are the pro's and con's of having a salt water disposal well on your property? What should go in the contract to protect me,the land owner, and lastly what is the financial benefit of having a salt water disposal well on your property?

I honestly can not think of any PROS.

You may be able to get a per barrel bonus for SW injected into the well.
