The groups in Keithville We're to greedy to sign when gettin was good now they we're offered 2,500 per arce and they have attorneys From Baton Rouge so its going to be years before they start drilling I signed with a landman and got 20,000 per arce and they are holding me up and no 5the property values havn't gone up

I was in one of the groups that did not get to sign. And it was NOT greed....we were offered $20,000, same as you. Apparently you signed before us, because when it was our turn to sign the papers, CHP pulled out. And if the groups are getting the attorneys on board, it is because we were not given the same deal as you were given, even though we signed letters of intent, etc. So, we are not holding you up. If you want to cast blame, then cast it on CHP, bc they are not worth their word.

I live in Cali but I have property in Keithsville. I also signed for 20 per acre, Thank you for the update. i was wondering what was going on.

What section are ya'll speaking about? I live down the road from Jersey Gold and signed a year before the talk of the Shale started. I got a fraction of a fraction of a fraction that you are talking about. If you are talking about Section 24, I would like to talk with those attorneys.

I know section 23 is dealing with attorneys now bc of CHP not holding up to their agreement.
