Zero offer, time to hibernate? I don't think its time to panic. It seems like a buyers market, the tide will turn for those with patience.

Right on moonman. Our group has dodged a lot of these games because we still haven't even begun to get ready to negotiate. Patience will run a close second place to knowledge in this play.
