We received a letter from CHK saying they were going to get a permit to drill in our section 24 14N 15W IN Keatchie.The letter said 10,000ft haynesville zone,do that mean that it will be a haynesville well or they're going to stop at 10,000ft and thus be a cotton valley well.

Probally 10,000 ft vertical with a lateral.

No permit has been given yet so I cant see. Post the letter.
