Anyone know app. how much water is used per well and what the going rate of payment for the water is, also who decides where the water for a well comes from, pond, river, truck or
ground?

We have been approached about selling lake water and they are wanting to buy about 12 acre foot of water. We don't know what the going rate is either.
I'd sell by the barrell and try to get about .25/barrell

They can put a meter on the pump.

your selling somthing that is easily replenished at no cost to you. Sounds like free money to me.
