I heard XTO was leasing a small amount of land on Ajax near the Beullah church. Can anyone confirm this?

I have 15 unleased acres in S34 T10N R10W, which is the same section as Beulah Church. I was notified yesterday that XTO was no longer leasing in this area. They had promised to pay $12,900 AC to a group in 10-10, including S34, but failed to follow through. What you probably heard about was XTO's attempt to settle with them out of court.
