Superpad, or just two pads?

There are two rigs set up on Chandler Rd. in the Keithville area.

T16N R14W Sections 7 and 18.

I don't know if you'd call it a "superpad" or if it's just two pads near to each other. It is closer than I've seen any two operating rigs set up at the same time.

What is a GAS FACTORY? Supposedly Encana has 2 of these off Hwy 1. Are 8-10 wells drilled from same pad? Will all pads eventually be factories?

I've seen some sort of installations along Hwy 1 that appear to be some sort of processing facilities for pipelines, not drill sites.

KCM, "Gas Factory" is just phrase coined by EnCana some months ago to describe their development plan.

I expanded upon that term - "Haynesville Shale - Gas Factory!!!!"

Les B: EnCana has one of these "gas factories" at Westdale in Red River Parish. 12 acre pad and just finishing their 4th well from the pad.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
