One well in production since May 2011 and the other since July 2011.  Not one word yet.  They tell us 3rd party working on land titles.  Sure would be nice it the "3rd party" would hurry up!

I have received a Division Order for Red River 365A (API 405-30333). It went into production around November 2010 and I got the Division Order in October 2011.

I received a royalty payment one month before getting the Division Order.

You know to ask for interest payments while they are holding up your check right?  We are getting an attorney for this reason.

I have received Division Orders on the Owens 1-H, the Davis 1-H, the Holloway 1-H,  the Holloway 2-H, The Patterson 1-H and the Walker SU F 1-H.  Exco is not my problem!!!!!

XTO IS MY PROBLEM:

Black Knights 1-H completed Feb, 2011................NO DIVISION ORDER

Golden Eagles 1-H completed May, 2011..............NO DIVISION ORDER

Hiltoppers 1-H completed August, 2011...............NO DIVISION ORDER

Blue Raiders 1-H completed July, 2011..................NO DIVISION ORDER

Thundering Herd 1-H ... completed 11/2011........NO DIVISION ORDER

Thundering Herd 1-HB ...completed 11/2011.......No DIVISION ORDER

Black Knihts 2-H permitted

Hilltoppers 2-H permitted

Blue Raiders 1-HB drilled awaiting completion

No Division Orders........not one dime of royalty.  Has anyone else received a Division Order from XTO without having to wait well over a year?  In fact, has anyone got a Division Order from XTO at all, period ?????

Suzanne Sowell, Have you had any word yet on Division Orders ?

Thanks Kelly

I have received the division orders on the Davis well.  I had a little leverage since the wells are physically on my land and the entrance to the location is through my property.  I received the first check on both the Davis and the Weeks wells in January.  The Weeks Brown allocations is just newly online so it will probably be months before we see anything from it.

My lease states I will be paid within 120 days of first sale and of course it was months later.  There is a loophole for the producer because of the time it takes to do the title work.

I was recently contacted buy a independent land man from that area.  He informed me that I was an heir to some royaltiy interest through my Great grandmother Peal G Rawson Woolam in the Brown Weeks well that was going to be operated by EXCO. I believe her dads name was W Hart Rawson. Would you have any information about weather the Davis wells are linked through the same lintiage. I also understand that there is a Fitzgerald well operated by EXCO and a Mckinney well operated by EOG. I would appreciate any information that you might have. Thanks

Only aloop hole if you don't ask for interest.

W1E GOT OUR DIVISION ORDERS FROM CHESAPEAK ON THE 20TH OF MARCH And our first check on april 7th y do you have a contact numberxto or a email  probaly you  can contact production dept let me know if this helps

i am not on this lease butthios help out alot so stay on them

I keep hearing the same as Suzanne--they have so many wells and the title opinions are taking a long time.  Am I wrong, or isn't it the law that they have to pay within 120 days of first sale?  I asked them that, and they said that is just a "guideline".  They said they'd pay interest on overdue funds if I insisted--didn't seem too concerned--I guess interest rates are so low, they don't have much incentive.  Anyone have any suggestions?

The Nacogdoches Forum has a lot of info on recent EXCO DOs.
