I understand that Apex is currently leasing in Nacogdoches Co.

Over the past few months, I have received two lease offers, for two separate tracts, from Apex; neither of which I have signed. 

They have become increasingly aggressive with me, over one of the lease offers, stating that I am the "one hold out" in one of the specific tracts they've put together. According to Apex, they're ready to start drilling 2-3 wells and will "drill with or without me".  Yes, I realize that should I not choose to sign under their current lease terms, which I'm not willing to, this makes me a non working interest owner.  Not ideal, but but if they're not willing to negotiate the terms of their offer, I'm okay with it.  If their approach were a bit less aggressive, I'd be more amicable to working with them. That said, these landmen stuffing leases in my mailbox, leaving messages on my  voice mail telling me they're going to "send a couple of guys to the house" etc., should not be the way to get me, or anyone for that matter, to go about working with a mineral owner.  So far, I've dealt with two landmen who are sketchy as hell. I've got no interest in caving in to their aggressive behavior and (semi) scare tactics.

Anyway, I was just hoping to start a discussion and connect with other mineral owners who may have minerals in Nacogdoches Co. who have been approached by Apex with lease offers.
