"After a couple of months of no contact, Willow Creek has now come back and said they could do 22.5% after I pushed back on the 20%.  Still don't have the lease in hand yet."

" have 80 acres in Section 10 15N-8R and received a verbal offer for $1500/acre with 1/5 royalty from Aethon.  I'd rather have 1/4. What kind of activity is happening in this area between Jamestown and Castor?"

From flowjam,Kepler I just noticed some of your post.I spent most weekends of my youth on Kepler lake at a place by Greers Camp.Alvin Greer and I were great friends.I also have property down the road at the corner of Old Sparta.I was just curious if you were from that area.

We are waiting. Spoke with CR today and when we are ready, we will call them. Petrohawk really exposed what they are doing in Terryville field and if you look all around our land...we are in the middle of it all.

Just waiting for now. I suggest you wait too...but that is your decision.

outofstate did you sign your seismic with SEI perhaps? I'm in natchitoches parish and live out of state too. I signed with SEI in Nov to do a shoot across my property. Was told they would be on the ground first week of August to do the work and finish their whole enormous area by the end of the year total. chesapeake hired SEI to do my shoot..how about you?
