AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. I've been undergoing health tests since August - most of me is in good shape! LOL! It appears I have a thyroid problem. Otherwise I'm doing great.
It's good to hear from you.

As far as the property, I remember you saying your property was in 24 14N13W. My great grandfather's land is there as well. Also in section 25 as well. They were the Means family. My paternal grandmothers family. I also remember seeing the proposed Murray 24 #1 on the HA zone application I got from Bob Anderson. So, perhaps our kin folk where neighbors! Pretty wild in my way of thinking. You in Houston and me in Rockford, IL meeting on a website about a rock formation! Only in America!
As for the church, my uncle (Ed Ware, Jr.helped build it and was an elder. The original church was located in front of it. The church has 4 cemetaries around it. Besides many Ware and Means graves, there are quite a few Murrays there as well. Thought these might be some of your folks. Anyway. I hope EXCO goes in and gets the deed done in sections 24 and 25. I have a minute interest in those lands as the property is shared with a lot of heirs of Henry Means. Most of my land is just north of there in sections 12 and 13. Good luck with the well, Cannie
