Selling Non-Producing Royalty Interest

Can anyone explain exactly what a non-producing royalty interest is? Is this advantageous for the landowner or not?

Hi DIxie,

I am also waiting for the results on 10/08. I think the state numbers will establish benchmark prices. It is only fair and good business. We need to demand the OG companies match the prices.
